      Pros

      AX have embraced working from home with flexible working hours as long as you work hard and get the job done. AX are willing to nurture their people and you can move throughout the business if you find particular interests and skills . Good for someone seeking out career progression and to learn. Great atmosphere and a willingness to share knowledge and support each other. Genuine drive to improve the business from the bottom to the top. People at AX are passionate about what we do and how we can do it better.

      Cons

      There isn't planned learning and development - you will need to seek out training that you need. But often supported when requested. I think holiday days are lower than other places I have worked.

      My forever job.

      Pros

      I first joined AX in Sept 2019 and initially though it was not for me but after some fabulous training, continued support and guidance it all clicked into place. AX have fantastic management and HR who really care about their staff. The team leaders in customer support will go above and beyond to ensure all colleagues are happy and managing their workload. Everyone works as a team and offers support to handlers who are falling behind. I have had a few personal issues and illnesses since being here and the support I have received has been outstanding I feel like AX really care about my health and wellbeing, I have never experience this in previous roles. Finally the bonus scheme and rewards really make you feel worthwhile and encourages you to give 100% at all time. I feel this is my forever job.

      Cons

      It can be a little pressured sometimes with extremely busy telephone lines and claims, however if you ask for support it is always given. Do not let the pressure get to you.

      Pros

      A fantastic company to work for , internal progression is possible if you are willing to push yourself to progress . If you wish to remain at the same level throughout your AX career this is also acceptable . Great bonuses to be acheived. Rewarded for working hard

      Cons

      As a small company it is sometimes set in its ways a little , but this has been changing for the better alot in the last few years .
