ASM is the best company I’ve ever worked for!

Pros

Most jobs are just that, a job. ASM is a family. Everyone there actually cares about you, from the junior people all the way to the president is the company. Work life balance is a big deal at ASM and they even provide free snacks! The work was always challenging and exciting. I learned so much in my years at ASM that it isn’t even comparable to other places I’ve worked. Asm does not silo there people into one function, but rather let’s them grow into their role and expand on it.

Cons

After acquisition and growth, some of the traditional events such as the winter gala, were cancelled.

A company of people who actually care

Pros

The company is a government contractor like many others but the leadership cares, listens, and rewards the employees. It feel like family and indeed there are many family members who work in various parts of the company. It’s a positive and unique culture and I appreciate how hard it is to find a place that still operates with an employee first mentality.

Cons

ASM is a very good place to work but they work with Accenture Federal and many people at Accenture are arrogant and rude.

Pay was decent for the job itself.

Cons

Let my clearance lapse, couldn't open a new one. No decent training, too much shoot from the hip. Job description wasn't even close to the actual job.
