Insurance rates are highly dependent on a number of factors including the state you work in and the plan you select. Unfortunately, the price of healthcare does continue to rise across the board nationally. We provide our employees options to choose the plan that best suits their individual and family needs. Technical Leadership is very egotistical

Can work remotely when possible.

Cons

Full disclosure, I don't work for Agilex, they are a subcontractor on a contract I'm working on. However, most of the technical leadership comes from Agilex and they are absolutely awful. They are very egotistical and have created an environment of fear by publicly calling out people who make mistakes. They do not listen to suggestions and ideas from others if they don't agree with them. They also push last minute features all the time.

Good working environment. No micromanagement. Helpful senior staff.

Cons

As contractors, most cons were a direct result of the clients' lack of knowledge and expertise in running a CRM desk. Reading a few articles and then trying to establish policy and procedures are not the way industry works. CRM desks require consistency in policy and procedures so that the analysts can implement them effectively and client's employees are not confused about the ever-changing procedures.
