Pros

I have no pros to report...

Cons

In experienced senior managers running projects. Lack of communication-when I say lack, it literary does not exist. You will have 3 managers ask you the same question with in the same day.... Communicate people!! You are wasting a lot of peoples valuable time and your customers money. Senior Managers show favoritism towards subordinates causing tension within the department.

Pros

People here are some of the best. They believe in the work they are doing and are dedicated to do the best that can be done. Employee retention has been very high but may be slipping due to rapid growth.

Cons

Company now owned by Accenture Federal Services and may be growing too quickly. ASM may be AFS owned but ASM Employees do not get any of AFS benefits (training, health care, leave, salary rates).
