      Intelligent, pleasant co-workers, work from home privileges for some.

      Cons

      Unskilled management, poorly defined projects, no organization, excessive overtime, very poor compensation, no respect for employees.

      Pros

      Some positions allow for Government Contractors to work from home. The benefits are not bad.

      Cons

      Salaries are low balled. They switch around Regional Managers almost every 3 to 4 months so when it comes time for a review a new person who isn't familiar with your work history is giving it. Then on your grading between 1 and 5, you're getting a 3 because no one is getting 5's this year.
