Pros

ASM offers flexible hours, affording employees a wonderful work / life balance. Great family orientation and support. Fair & competitive salary. Decent and reasonable healthcare. Corporate benefits are better than any I have seen elsewhere (ESOP, 401k, etc). Great work environment and good team spirit.

Cons

Have experienced some "growing pains" going from a small business to a large company. Believe management has great ideas for growing and moving forward but occassionally stumbles a bit in implementation and execution, which is to be expected.

Pros

This is really a grat place to be and to be recognized. They do a great deal for the employees, their families and recognize those who provide quality commitment to the results of the organization. I have been there several years and love working for them.

Cons

As in any growing company, things get a little challenging sometimes but they are quick to resolve any issues and create a positive environment.

The worst managers I've ever seen

Pros

flex hours and partial gym reimbursment

Cons

The worst managers I’ve ever seen. They don’t have any IT skills but are “coordinating” IT people. They don’t know what people are doing. They just care how to move the people and desks around. If someone is useless they make him\her a (sub)-manager and promote him. Unbelievable
