Fantastic health insurance, some positions can be 100% remote and extra "perks" (i.e. pet insurance, cell phone discount) are nice

Cons

Management plays games with annual reviews & the corresponding salary increases (No, I am not a low-performer; I have rec'd 4's and 5's over the years out of 5).
