The level of work/life balance is entirely dependent on the service set-up with the client and their demands ie. Some accounts allow for 40-60% WFH/offsite where as others will require 100% on-site and WFH/flexi hours are on a case-by-case occurrence. Some great internal training courses provided by AMS - steadily growing number of courses available however they are predominantly targeted on entry-level to mid-level recruiters.
