      Pros

      - Lots of great clients (global exposure to major players on the market) you can gain exposure to diffrent industries - Great benefits including private health care - Clear career path - Very nice office - Great people in your teams - Possibilities to develop in administration or recruitment

      Cons

      - There are no major cons - It is a big company so it’s for people who are interested in working in big companies - Requires very good command of English + additional language so if you do not have it this might be a challenge to get a job in AMS

      Work-life balance, facilities, great people, but the work becomes boring gradually. Typical outsourcing company, but with friendly atmosphere and litte overhours.

      Cons

      Lack of development opportunities, salary, overspecialization of staff and simple tasks make the job boring.
