Pros

Get in on the ground level with this RPO company. Great teamwork and everyone seems to enjoy working there for the most part.

Cons

As a newer company and only two years old in Ohio, they seem to have difficulty keeping up with the growth. I felt I had the knowledge and experience to be brought in at a higher level position with better compensation. Salary grades should be looked at. One recruiter in Canada was working on positions in Cleveland. I applaud them for adding additional resources recently to help eleviate this issue.

AMS has very little respect for their employees and when I brought to managements attention several cases of age discrimination by recruiters I worked with the commented that "it's troubling" but they never reprimanded or addresses the issue with the employees.

Pros

Flexible working hours, employees at the bottom of the food chain are great to work with.

Cons

It's not about what you know, it's about who you know. If you want to gain a promotion at AMS you have to dance around senior colleagues who will lap up the attention. Those who are in the junior positions tend to be the ones who do all the hard work and get no recognition.
