Pros

Working at AMS has been a great experience! The flexible hours and hybrid model make it easy to balance work and life. One thing I love about AMS is how approachable the leadership team is. It doesn't matter what level you’re at; your ideas and suggestions are genuinely heard and encouraged. It’s a very open and collaborative environment, and you often get to work across different teams and departments, which is amazing for learning and growing. Another big plus is the global exposure. Since AMS has clients and employees spread across different regions, you get the chance to work with colleagues from all over the world, which really broadens your perspective. The best part is there’s no micromanagement here. You’re trusted to manage your own work and given the freedom to explore new ways of doing things. It’s a very employee-focused culture, and you really do feel supported both personally and professionally.

Cons

It's been a great journey. Really can't think of anything.

Pros

Recognized for a strong and credible brand presence in the industry. Transparent opportunities for internal transfers and career advancement. Dedicated to delivering value through a deeply client-focused approach. Emphasis on building meaningful relationships and a supportive work environment. Consistently ranked among the top players in the global RPO industry. Strong adherence to compliance with a highly process-driven operational model.

Cons

Greater emphasis is needed on on-the-job training programs, particularly around the latest AI-driven recruitment tools and technologies. Focus should be placed on acquiring new clients and building a strong, sustainable pipeline of recruitment projects. Recognition initiatives should be more frequent and consistent to keep the team motivated and appreciated.
