World-class RPO organisation
Pros
- Stands head and shoulders above many players in the RPO industry - Has an excellent portfolio of blue chip clients - Good internal mobility policy, can move around amongst different clients whilst still effectively being able to stay with the same employer/career structure - Recognises, rewards and promotes people based on merit - As an organisation, has a huge emphasis on the flexible working piece; I've been approached by other RPO organisations in the past and they always comment that the flexibility Alexander Mann offers makes it hard to poach people away. - Has a good gender split at all levels in the organisation - As well as moving around within the UK, it is also very possible to relocate abroad as the company has a global presence - Senior leadership are open and receptive to views, regardless of where you sit and at what level - Policies exist that allow for career breaks / sabbaticals, dependent on length of service
Cons
- Can be quite difficult sometimes to see an internal career path that goes outside of recruitment delivery/management into other areas such as business intelligence, operations, etc, and how such a transition would work. Although people do it, it would be good to provide more information/case studies so people can have the most visibility.
