Great atmosphere, open for initiatives, a lot of opportunities, very well organized

Cons

I wouldn't recommend it for junior profiles as the training for sourcing skills isn't that well developed

Pros

Strong management staff, lots of opportunities to move into new positions, great atmosphere in the office and get to work with world-class clients

Cons

very difficult to test new technologies, salaries aren't very competitive and relocation packages are not very accommodating if you are moving to a country with a lower cost of living
