Great opportunity to be on a client site An extremely hardworking, dynamic and loyal team Variety of work including stakeholder management and the recruitment aspect itself

Cons

Extremely top heavy, especially at the CSM level No real room for progression unless you are 'in with the click'

Promotes a healthy work/life balance. While req loads (recruiters read) are high, the management is relatively understanding of people's needs

Cons

Very little transparency from management. Many changes in the organization which are rarely announced. Bonus - rarely paid out. Depends on overal company portfolio performance. Last year No one received their bonus regardless of their individual performance - if you're looking to "cruise" this is the place to be. If you want to drive change, better look elsewhere
