Pros

Great culture, supportive team...a great chance to gain exposure to both sides of business working both internally and externally at the same time. AMS really gave me the tools to do my job day to day, and do it well. I learned a lot in my time with the organization and felt it really prepared me for the next step in my career. They have an amazing array of tools to help you become successful including an onsite trainer and a management team who cares about you, not just your work. I was able to self govern my day and get my work done without feeling micro managed, it was an overall positive experience and I recommend any recruiting professional to take a look into the company.

Cons

Req loads can be daunting at times and the clients process can really be a challenge to work with.

Pros

The people here are really lovely and there is a strong team spirit in the Bracknell centre. Senior management are approchable, friendly and professional, especially the head of centre who is the biggest living legend known to man. There are great support networks and a lot of processes so once you learn your role it's easy to do and follow the process. They make an effort to recognise hard work and strong performance and be fair to everyone. There are global opportunities they always open up to everyone and it's possible to try your hand at something new if you want to. Flexible working policies also great. By far the best job I've ever had in terms of employee satisfaction.

Cons

The pay is not overly competitive in the RPO market and promotion opportunities can take a while to emerge which can be frustrating but pay is the only reason I'd ever want to leave. Sometimes there is a very heavy emphasis on process which is difficult for some people to adjust to but when you're working with high volumes it can be very necessary

Pros

Work-life balance was good. UK AMS is the best.

Cons

Everything. Anything you do that has something to do with Cleveland GCSC will set you up for failure. Management doesn't care, they will make promises and then act like that promise was never made. I cannot believe the politics that go on in the Americas AMS. Completely disappointed.
