Pros

Company expresses good culture values, global and national clients, managers provide feedback. Enjoy the team atmosphere, collaborative environment to share best practices.

Cons

No growth although it is expressed to perspective candidates and current employees. Bonus plan is not worth discussing or something to look forward to. Advised it would change this year and is worse than before with limited information to the employees.
