A really nice environment to work. I got lot of opportunities to learn new skills and to develop myself professionally. They have a strong learning system and they really care about the employees. In the company we work on many projects so there is a high possibility of job rotations.

Cons

I still don't have important cons to share.

I always found the company to be very open to flexible working options and I always felt valued and well supported by management.

Cons

The offshore outsourcing of some functions could at times be challenging to manage, however management were very committed to making it work.

The energy that colleagues give to citizenship activities supporting good causes in the communities we are fortunate enough to work in is not only inspiring but is a key element of why I continue to work for the company.

Cons

There is so much going on that clear comms can often be hard to keep up with.
