Cons

They under value employees and empty promises from management seems to be a trend. Don't expect a nice salary year. Come and learn to start and join a fairer company.

Great work family and the company really does care about ensuring it provides a good partnership relationship. Good training available. A company which offers longevity of employment for its staff A really good move for a recruiter fed up with seeing people as market tools.

Cons

Most progression opportunities are southern based, not a great deal of opportunity for northern based staff

Great culture, really good support, feel as part of a team, good communication at all levels, Working flexibility , work life balance, company seems to actually care about their employees

Cons

none so far - maybe the odd hours as this is a global company but they are very flexible about how and where you meet your client responsibilities.
