Alexander Mann in general is a brilliant company to work for! It's very relaxed, has flexible working and you are able to work from home. They encourage team building and do alot of charity work. Internally mobility is also encouraged

Cons

All of the above does not apply to the bae systems account in Alexander Mann Belfast. The management is ridiculous, the team was barely trained when they started. They don't have flexible working implemented or working from home. It effects members of the teams mental health resulting in 4 resignations.
