Pros

As RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) company AMS work with different clients. A lot depends on the account and the client. The thing I like in AMS is that if you don’t like where you are you can easily change it and find the best place for you within one company. If there is no good "chemistry" between you and your manager, you can change the account and nobody will blame you for that. For me working from home and flexible working hours are very important. If you are multilingual, but don't have much experience you can still find a role with nice salary and receive good training.

Cons

On some accounts you can experience heavy workload.
