Pros
The company promotes a lot work flexibility (home based). They have many great clients to work with. Good base salary, in the upper margins of the market, although not a lot of bonus or benefits. Some managers are really human, supportive and nice and they take into account your requests / constraints when you change assignments. The company has human values and encourages feedback at all levels, so if the management is not great, sooner or later feedback is taken into account and things can change.
Cons
Some of the assignments are for difficult clients, and as it's a consulting company, so at the end of the day all they want is to invoice the client and have another name on their porfolio, so sometimes the teams are stuck with clients where the implemented solution doesn't work. Although this happens often (otherwise why would companies go to RPO anyway if all went great ??!!), generally it's just temporary.
