Flexible working, homeworking. Competitive salary package.

Cons

Rampant favoritism. People who screwed up badly get all the chances as long as they are part of the "favorite people". Some who do excel are held back to benefit the favorites. Projects to make the company look "cool" is prioritized ahead of actual productive work. Internal recruitment and HR barely doing their job. No real training to prepare managers and leaders.
