      Big company globally. If they want to hire you they are full of promises of things they can provide. They are good at portraying themselves as responsible externally.

      Cons

      Management for Norway (Equinor account) is only focused on cost and do not care to walk over bodies to get it. They use you until you are completely exhausted and then seek to push you out if you produce less. Work environment is toxic and leaders will stab you in the back if they profit on it themselves. Careeropportunities for Norwegian staff are fully absent. Trackrecord for AMS-Equinor account is abysmal with employees going on sickleave or quitting/forced out on short notice.
