Great company, great teams, genuinely invested in your growth and development. A lot of opportunities for internal mobility, learning what others do etc.

Cons

Limited opporuntities for funded in person collabroation/work. I have a remote based contract. Also no annual company parties e.g., for Christmas which I think would be great for morale.
