Leadership changes have made AMS avery toxic and cut throat environment. Lots of empty promises, lots of favoritism, absolutely horrible leaders. They promise to promote you and then 1-2 years later you will still be at the same title.

Pros

Decent benefits and vacation entitlements.

Cons

Too many to list. Despite having some great people individually, together as a collective entity, this is a soulless, toxic company. Internal HR is broken beyond repair. They focus on buzzwords and spending time and money on things like ERGs and yet have a constantly revolving door of terminations with zero loyalty to anyone. Extremely political internally. Employees are just a name on a spreadsheet and clients are ‘logos’ to be won and squeezed for every dollar. They buy up little companies and chew them up and spit them out. Work there if you are desperate but keep looking for something better.

Offered a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. Happy to give you a chance. Educational background is not seen as necessary.

Cons

The organisation runs very lean so don't have a lot of resources. Many people have been there so long which is a positive but also a negative as innovation is low.
