Cons

When I started with AMS they cared deeply about their employees and clients. That is no longer the case after several years. The company does not care about it's clients or employees. The biggest thing they care about is revenue, and not much else.

work from home, not many calls

really hard to advance to a higher position. they will say that you need to learn and you will be doing your job plus "learning" aka working full time one more position for the same amount of money. in the end they always say that unfortunately we don't have any positions open for you at the moment, so maybe next time. for half a year I had to work with barely working laptop and they were always feeding me with promises to replace it. in the end I received a bad mid year review of my work because I wasn't able to exceed in targets due to not working equipment, didn't get a raise because of that
