Cons

If the contract ends it's incredibly hard to get onto another one. Sometimes there's no feeling of job security.

I worked at AMS for almost 4 years and have worked with multiple teams across different functions. Of course, there were various leadership types but what I commend about it is they stay true to the company’s values. Work life balance can also be achieved depending on your role.

Cons

Salary is within the market depending on the role. But some are quite lower.
