Management have supported me through two promotions and a wide range of experiences, including using my paid volunteering days to support my local community and wider social mobility initiatives. The global nature of our organisation continues to motivate me; AMS celebrates and educates employees across all cultural and DEI areas and holds employees to account on values and behaviours which encourages an exceptional company culture.
