Some great colleagues in very local teams

Cons

Culture not positive - you feel like a very small piece in a very large machine. stakeholders often treat you very transactionally - you are just fulfilling a role rather than being an actual person. redundancies and restructures were commonplace, and i saw some close colleagues being let go with a very cold, detached approach that ultimately made me choose to leave.
