The main pro is the true work-life balance experience, - Friendly atmosphere and culture, - Challenging projects with realistic (achievable) milestones, - Constant support of management, - Flex work, - Extra (outside of work) activities, - "Typical" benefits, which are not always obvious (e.g. MultiSport, Private Medical Care).

Cons

- Because of multi-country employment, you may not meet/see often your direct co-workers, - Work hours sometimes can differ from standard (is a pro at the same time, dependent on point of view).
