AMS was once an exceptional workplace, known for its strong company culture and visionary leadership. However, in recent years, the company has undergone significant changes, with a sole emphasis on meeting monthly targets. Unfortunately, this shift has impacted its people, who for many years were the company's greatest asset, attracting both top talent and new clients. Opportunities for growth have become limited as various business functions have been streamlined and relocated to more cost-effective regions over the past 18 months.

The best Employer I have ever worked for

Pros

- Work / life balance & company culture - Great people and colleagues to work this - Great Senior Management (of course, can't speak for all company's departments, but, at minimum, I am really happy with Senior Managers I am directly working with) - Very interesting and challenging projects where you can gain lots of invaluable experience - Good pay - Flexible work policy - you can work remotely or in the office (if there is one in your location) or hybrid - fully by your own choice. No company-wide obligations to visit office (e.g. twice per week) or anything... - Benefits (pretty standard for Poland - MultiSport, Private Medical Care etc.) - In my perception - AMS is the company that really cares about their employees, which gives the sense of confidence and security.

Cons

- Not really a con, just the realities of nowadays world... due to multi-country employment and almost full remote work you may potentially never meet your direct co-workers and Managers face-to-face - which affects the sense of belonging not only to company in general but also to your team / direct teammates.
