The people you work with are nice

Cons

They only care about their clients and making sure their own executives get paid. AMS will not hesitate to layoff employees in order to save themselves money. They will claim to try and deploy you with another client, but reality is, they dont have the growth or resources to do so. If you're considering working here, just dont. There are better companies that will actually invest in their employees.

AMS hire without thought meaning everyone is expendable. Their approach is "we can make them redundant easily, especially in the first 2 years"
