      Definitely seeing some improvements now but it's taken far too long. We saw a poor and slow response to increase in client demand and side fantastic client wins in 2021. AMS seemed unwilling to invest in own internal talent function. So we offer genuine world class talent solutions to our clients while our own TA team are under resourced and poorly equipped. This has lead to long hiring times and teams being very stretched for excessive periods of time.
