Pros
- It's one of the better SSII in the area (Sophia Antipolis) - Might be just my case, but on the financial level it quite ok (raises almost yearly) - Good communication with the managers , although the follow-ups were not so often (if not demanded by yourself) - Very good health plan - Some bonuses
Cons
- Managers change a bit too often, which from my point of view makes it more difficult to really follow the consultant in his career
