Although we are aware we can always do more towards training, our learning and development offer has more than doubled over the last 2 years and we will continue to work hard to develop this even further. Alten offers an attractive package to all employees, who get an extensive set of benefits and a bonus system based on performance, on top of the base salary. We are constantly reviewing market trends to ensure a proper alignment of our policy and the market. Thank you again for taking the time to write a review. You have certain liberties to select your missions People I've worked with are very professional and nice

Cons

No internal projects, except innovation Client interview process is painstaking, you have to re-do all the interviews with each client. It's like you would apply to the client yourself, as an independent person. No Soft Skills section in the internal CV.
