1)Good Colleagues 2)Satisfactory Work Life Balance 3)Full WFH in some projects

Cons

1)Hire & Fire Policy 2)As soon as the project is about to end you will be shown the door. 3)No recognition/benefits/reward for hard work. 4)Big MNC but the culture is questionable. 5)This company lacks minimum ethics. I won't recommend anyone to join. 6)You don't know when you will be fired. So always be prepared for option B even if you are in a project. 7)Too much office politics...... So Much to say in my duration of 2 years but still they dont maintain their self respect.

9/80 schedule allowed for a good work-life balance with every other Friday off.

Cons

Job stability in the Denver office significantly declined after Syncroness was merged into ALTEN. Under the new ALTEN management project acquisition weakened leading to major layoffs. The remaining team faced ongoing uncertainty and stress due to the lack of consistent project pipeline—many employees were unsure if they’d have work beyond the next month or two. Management failed to provide an honest and transparent picture of upcoming projects. Employees were often misled by vague updates and false promises which further damaged trust.
