High turnover of employees, feeding on fresh graduates from abroad Managers out of touch with employees as most of them don't have IT background and you meet them once in 3 months at best Poor trainings for foreigners as most of presenters are not able to speak English properly Managers have don't have control over anything, salaries, trainings, home office, CE No home office options at all There is almost no difference in salary rises independent of your performance, raises are almost fixed for the whole company Useless annual reviews in case of contractors, managers have no idea what you were doing and what is your performance
