Honestly, no pros to working there

Cons

Terrible leadership, disgraceful compensation and completely unrealistic expectations. Focused more on KPIs rather than quality work. No recognition for quality work completed, this all went to the business managers. If you value any kind of work life balance, stay away from this place

1)Good Colleagues 2)Satisfactory Work Life Balance 3)Full WFH in some projects

Cons

1)Hire & Fire Policy 2)As soon as the project is about to end you will be shown the door. 3)No recognition/benefits/reward for hard work. 4)Big MNC but the culture is questionable. 5)This company lacks minimum ethics. I won't recommend anyone to join. 6)You don't know when you will be fired. So always be prepared for option B even if you are in a project. 7)Too much office politics...... So Much to say in my duration of 2 years but still they dont maintain their self respect.
