You have certain liberties to select your missions People I've worked with are very professional and nice

Cons

No internal projects, except innovation Client interview process is painstaking, you have to re-do all the interviews with each client. It's like you would apply to the client yourself, as an independent person. No Soft Skills section in the internal CV.

Very outdated style of micromanaging, constantly putting unnecessary pressure on the juniors to deliver much more than the seniors. Significantly underpaid compared to the industry. very little diversity. Naming and shaming low performers on daily reporting to the whole company. No visibility on career progression. non-realistic targets set against you which your progression is assessed against
