* Big company with stupid decisions to position seniors on roles that don't fit them * Micro-management * take advantage of renewale probation period to exploite employees and fire them afterwards * No real management, just people with authority imposing decisions and no sens of empathy * No career growth * One star out of five is just a favor, you deserve less, in the perspective of multinational ESN of course !!
