Once joining Alten, every consultant attends an Integration Meeting with a dedicated Career Manager, which is followed up by individual quarterly meetings in order to ensure both the consultant’s career and project are going in the right direction. Each year is wrapped-up with a formal Annual Appraisal, during which numerous topics are tackled such as Skills Development, Salary, Career Progression and Training. Through this robust career follow-up process, Alten ensures we stay committed towards our employees personal development in the organization.
