Pros

I only give it 3 stars because I think that engineers might enjoy this place more but will still be done after 2 years. You will need to hit the ground running so it could be a good first experience for someone who is hungry to learn and likes to act fast They provide paid health insurance

Cons

- Not a long-term workplace - Very traditional French work mentality - The model is to cut costs everywhere possible - Business Managers are kings, but their work-life balance is non-existant - Unrelatable senior management - Any other positions (admin, recruitment) etc are not valued at all Honestly I could go on.

40% off on STM pass, 4 weeks holidays, nice office, good location

Cons

Toxic environment and toxic behaviors from colleagues and account managers. Racist, sexist and personal remarks all day long. Lack of involvement from the management. No methods and paternalistic management.
