Life of a PDE at ADC Eastern Europe

Pros

Well, at beggining was ok, good 3 months of integration and help receveid from the great team (not the management itself, but from colleagues). Good for a first year to start from somewhere and then leave to a better job with higher salary and better career oportunities.

Cons

After a while the team has suffered some losses of people because of the poor management team and after a while I've discovered that massive discrimination of salaries is done with no equity for the same job, tasks at the expectation of offering great effectiveness and performance as a employe.
