Ambiente tossico in cui se non lavori almeno 12 ore al giorno non sei nessuno, non meritocratico (anche se ti fanno credere che sia così), senza una strategia coerente e con cambi di direzione estremamente frequenti. Qualità molto bassa nel servizio offerto al cliente. Manager eccessivamente giovani e inesperti a causa dell’altissimo turnover
