You will have more diversified opportunities. Company will support more in your passionate domain to find a job. Very good culture and extra activities

Cons

If you are on to a business manager route renumeration is different, if you are on to senior project (tech) roles that is different.. All I can say is , what you initially get would be the best one and later on they wouldn't even bother giving you hike even if that's not because of your performance..
