Well-meaning (about 10 individuals) who attempt to create a healthy and enjoyable workplace environment.
Cons
- Top-down French culture. - HQ controls and imposes its ways (despite Canadian and local culture norms) and relies on oversea employees to ensure they maintain control. - They do not respect interview and recruitment discussions: if it’s not explicitly in your contract, you’re not getting what you discussed with the recruiter. They sell you a “driven and flexible Quebec start-up company”. In reality it couldn’t be further from the truth; Distrust, explosive reactions, personal criticism, and gossiping are the main culture.
