      Good career experience and interesting projects

      Project managers are sales person, because they do not manage whatsoever. Definitely not Accessible management, they do not pick up calls once you are sold to the customer, they are done with you. Lack of ethics, and even unlawful in some cases

      Pros

      There are a few capable business managers, truly getting the right people in the right places. They hire people even when they have little experience and try to find possibilities. Contact between consultant and business manager is often en friendly. Almost always very good preparation for meetings with the client.

      Cons

      If no project is found for you, they will fire you sooner than later, even if it isn't your fault (business managers that fail to find the right project, alten presenting multiple consultants for the same project, with large difference in experience,...) Some less than capable business managers.
