      Pros

      you get a car and insurance. Pay is below average

      Cons

      management has zero interest in consultants and their development. You get staffed on one of their clients and expect to stay there forever (really hard to move even if you push). It is not even consulting work - the first day of your job you get dropped at client's site and never see or hear your manager for 2 years. No training from organisation - you just work at the client as an employee of the client

      they care about their consultants, good following of their consultants. it's true some companies like Aster pay more but they don't care at all about their staff, if your projects end they will fire you. alten in another hand follows its consultants and always try to find the best position they have managers, recruiters and hrs to help you. great assurance and CE great environnment

      Good career experience and interesting projects

      Cons

      Project managers are sales person, because they do not manage whatsoever. Definitely not Accessible management, they do not pick up calls once you are sold to the customer, they are done with you. Lack of ethics, and even unlawful in some cases
