I believe ALS allows each person to be an individual and provides support at all levels of the organization. The company has improved their pay to employees over the last few years as well. I see management encourage more of a work life balance, while still being aggressive towards company goals.

Cons

At times decision making can be a little slower than is ideal, but that is life at a large corporation.
