Pros
In my department, management really look after you and your well being. There are lots of job opportunities available with different or rotating shifts. Shifts are physically quite demanding on your feet but after a few weeks you get used to it, i even lost weight because of it. Lots of overtime as the company is developing. Singing my praises to my line manager, she is brilliant at juggling business and peoples well being. Im very well looked after by her and so are my colleagues. Pay has just increased... Payrises every year.
Cons
Im currently pregnant, with a heavy work load coming in we are employing the first person that walks through the door. I was physically attacked by one of the new TEAM LEADERs. If you are young you will be treated like it.
